Buffalo Salmon

Ingredients:


2 lbs salmon

5 TBSPs butter + 1 TBSP

¼ cup hot sauce

⅔ cup panko breadcrumbs

2 TBSP vegetable oil


Directions:


Heat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit

Grease bottom and sides of a 9x13 baking dish with 1 TBSP butter.

Cut salmon into 4 equal pieces and place (skin-side down) in baking dish.

In a small, non-stick pan, melt butter.

Add hot sauce, stir, and remove from heat.

Pour hot sauce over each piece of salmon.

In a small bowl, mix panko and vegetable oil and sprinkle on top of each piece of salmon.

Bake for 16-20 minutes and serve.
